Thomas Crouch, Managing Member and Principal Consultant of 52 Construction Advisory, brings over 30 years of construction experience across the owner, developer, and general contractor sides of the industry. Having managed projects from concept through completion, he understands the challenges each stakeholder faces and bridges the gaps between design, execution, and delivery. Thomas leverages his depth of field knowledge and leadership to bring clarity, accountability, and efficiency to every project he undertakes.

Unlike a Construction Manager as Agent or a traditional Owner's Representative, our role is intentionally non-executive. We do not manage GC/Trade work, administer contracts, or direct field activities.
